What to Expect on your Plaza Las Vegas Trip

1. Confirm your trip and Schedule your appointment

Two weeks prior to your trip you will receive an email requesting (inviting) you to confirm your trip and schedule your appointment.

Please confirm your trip and schedule your appointment by calling 844-540-0740. Our VIP guest services are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Pacific.

Once you have confirmed your travel date and scheduled your presentation, you will be sent your hotel check in documents and appointment confirmation.

We MUST have your trip confirmed and appointment scheduled a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival date. You will be sent a reminder email 2 weeks prior to your date if you have not yet confirmed.

Any date changes must be made a minimum of 5 business days prior to your arrival date to avoid rescheduling fees.

2. Prior to leaving for your trip

Please make sure you have printed out your hotel check in documents and appointment confirmation. Also, please review the qualifications for the presentation and make sure to bring the necessary documentation, including government issued ID for all attendees, Major Credit Cards.

Please note, for unmarried couples, proof of cohabitation i.e. utility bills or ID’s with matching addresses

3. Day of Arrival

Normal check in time is 3pm, if you arrive early, the hotel may be able to accomodate an early check in. If the hotel is unable to accomodate an early check in, you can leave your luggage with the bell desk, until your room is available.

When you arrive at the front desk, please present your printed check in documents, photo ID and a major credit card. You are responsible for resort fees, room deposit and any incidental expenses such as room service, phone calls etc.

4. On the Day of Your Appointment

Please go to the TLC Resorts check in desk located on the Casino Level at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment . Your sales presentation will last approximately 90 to 120 minutes. During your appointment, you will learn how to save money on luxury travel using the TLC Resorts membership program. All we ask is that you keep an open mind and enjoy the presentation
