Room Availability

Casablanca Express is the direct representative, we have annual room commitments in excess of 20,000 room nights per year. Our 2 night promotional stays are valid for a Sunday thru Thursday night stay over, and therefore we rarely run out of rooms. Most of the known “blackout” dates are New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th and a few major conventions/events.

 

There are NO hoops or hidden fees

There are no hoops to redeem the vacation; customers simply follow the certificate instructions or can go online to select dates of stay, and will receive a call back from a reservation agent to confirm their arrival dates; or the consumer can simply call our guest services toll free number to schedule their dates of travel. The only cost that the customer is responsible for is the standard resort fee, which is charged to all guests and paid directly to the hotel upon checkout.

 

Consumer value

Our two night hotel stays have tremendous value to the consumer; the 2 nights hotel accommodations are paid 100%. The consumer may be responsible for the room tax based on the type of certificate or gift card they are utilizing. Additionally, most of our promotional packages also include discounts on various entertainment and savings on food, shows and attractions, while the traveler is in their chosen location; this discount travel savings access is normally a $39.00 retail value.

Will you provide photos, images and graphics that I can use in my promotional campaign?

Our success is your success we work directly with each store, company, dealership or client to assist with creating graphics to be utilized for promotional campaigns. Our in house design staff will assist in laying out digital banners, email-able digital graphics and print quality ads. These custom creatives and specialty collaterals are a key part of the design assistance we provide. Our philosophy is that “your campaign success is our success too”.

Is there a Resort Fee?

Answer

Like almost every hotel in Las Vegas, and most of the country, there maybe a daily resort fee, but generally it is very low. The resort fee is only per night (not per person) and includes things like Wi-Fi access, parking, fitness room access, newspapers, in room coffee and a bunch of other services. The standard resort fee is charged to all guests regardless of how the room is booked, whether through CBE, Expedia™, the hotel’s website or by calling the hotel, etc.; this is a standard part of consumer travel and is understood by travelers as customary.
